Be ready to get your calf muscles trained, as it is going to be a 2.5 hours hike 🥾down the hill and the only leg muscle that will support will need immense strength. Yes, this time one way up the mountain 🏞️we took the cable car; but hiking down we were ready to give a try. Starting from turtle🐢 peak, we hiked down to Lotus pavilion at first which will take you some half an hour. If you’re strong enough mentally and physically you can go to reach the tallest peak in Huangshan(lotus peak), otherwise just look the top from bottom and move on to Greeting guests pine. Near to this spot there is an amazing valley view spot and also there are some grocery stores. After you reach the Halfway temple 🛕 it is only downwards, and I remember there was only one store on the way before we hit the bottom.
