Travel🚶: We walked from the homestay to the Baoshan River Pier, took a sculling boat to the Xiaolian Zhuang Pier, and then slowly walked back to the homestay. There are two types of boats in the ancient town: sculling boats and public boats. Sculling boats operate from 8:00 to 16:30, while public boats operate later. Public boats cost CNY 3 per person and are cost-effective; sculling boats are charged per boat, and you can charter a boat for your family or find others to share a boat with, which can accommodate 8 people. Baoshan River Pier–Xiaolian Zhuang Pier costs CNY 380 to charter a boat, about 40 minutes, and Baoshan River Pier–Guanghui Bridge Pier costs CNY 280 to charter a boat, about 30 minutes. There are many people taking boats during holidays, and you may encounter a temporary suspension of ticket sales. If you want to take a boat, don't go too late. There are thousands of ancient towns in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, but Nanxun is the most beautiful ancient town in my heart! I will definitely come back next time on a weekend!
