Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz

#christmastrip #christmastrip #freehotelstay The hotel is in the city center and has a very stylish lobby and rooms. The street is VERY noisy with loud garbage trucks & construction in the morning and party people yelling late at night. In autumn, the air con doesn't work so the room gets warmer than is comfortable for sleeping but opening the window let's in the incessant noise. Got the worst 3 nights sleep of the whole trip. I lost a special bracelet in the room which I noticed later on the day we checked out - I emailed the hotel right away using the email address provided to report it - no one responded.
