The zoo's star attraction is a handsome gorilla named Sabanna, reputed to be Japan's most handsome gorilla. After squeezing through the crowd, you might catch him in a unique pose, like picking his nose while lounging on the steps. There's also a botanical garden, larger than the zoo itself, included in the ticket price.
