Hallasan the real story of a hike💚

#100waysoftravel We hiked Hallasan in early October 2024. I've researched loads of Iinformation on the net ,but non of them described how it really was in reality . So here are the tips for the Ultimate hike: 👣Only two trails lead to the top , we chose Gwaneumsa , because thought that it would be easier for us to cover most challenging part of the trail first . 👣 Start as early as you can .We started at 8:20 and reached the shelter at 11:29. At 11:30 they close the passage from the shelter further up to the mountain .And important imfo here : they REALLY close it .You will npt pass at 11:31, 11:32 or later , they take it very seriously . 👣 Bring warm clothes .The weather there changes drastically .There was a moment when it was hot ,but also when it was freezing . 👣Be prepared for many rocks .Hikimg poles were really hamdy and useful there .
