New Place to Visit in Jinan

Jinan Han Meilin Art Museum officially opened on January 9, 2025. Located on the site of the former Science and Technology Museum on the east side of Quancheng Square. Parking is not convenient nearby, so it is recommended not to drive there. Currently, admission is free and no reservation is required. However, at least one person in the group must bring an ID card. Mr. Han Meilin is from Jinan. He designed or led the design of the "China International Airlines logo," "Fuwa," the mascot of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and the "special zodiac stamps" for the years of Dingyou, Jihai, and Gengzi. The newly opened art museum in Jinan is the fifth one nationwide. The art museum has four floors, and the three open floors are: 1st floor: Literature exhibition hall, sculpture exhibition hall, cultural and creative area 2nd floor: Painting exhibition hall, design exhibition hall, digital exhibition hall 3rd floor: Calligraphy exhibition hall, comprehensive exhibition hall 🌟 If you are visiting for the exhibition, it is recommended to start from the literature exhibition hall, because it introduces Mr. Han and his main achievements. If you are visiting for the purpose of taking photos, the sculpture exhibition hall on the first floor and the calligraphy exhibition hall on the third floor are more suitable for taking photos. In addition, the refrigerator stickers in the cultural and creative area have local Jinan characteristics and are also a continuation of Mr. Han Meilin's art works.
