[Local Advice] After you have visited Guilin and Beihai, you must also visit the essence of the scenic border section of National Highway 219 in Guangxi, specifically in Daxin County of Chongzuo and Jingxi County of Baise. Fully appreciate the scenic border views. If you have three days and two nights, you can follow this itinerary: ↓ Day 1: Depart from Nanning and first head to Anping Xianhe. This scenic area is not fully developed yet, maintaining its original appearance. Currently, it is not very crowded, but the scenery is as beautiful as a landscape painting. You can tour the area by boat or on foot. After the tour, enjoy a hearty meal of river fish, local chicken, and cured meat at a farmhouse. Then, head to Mingshi Tianyuan. If you are lucky, there will be a bonfire party at night. It is highly recommended to stay at Mingshi Tianyuan because you can take photos of the sunset before and after meals. ↓ Day 2: First, visit the Detian Transnational Waterfall between China and Vietnam. On the way to Detian, you will pass by Yuejin Feidu, a structure built in the 1960s that still serves as a water conservancy project. In the afternoon, arrive at Tongling Grand Canyon. The entire canyon is filled with refreshing spiritual energy. In Tongling, don't just look at the cave waterfall and underground river; also, don't miss the plants here, many of which are rare and protected species. There are plants that coexisted with dinosaurs in the Jurassic period (180 million years ago), such as the Cyathea, Guan Yin Lotus, and other rare plants like the Golden Silk Tree, Xianmu, Runan, Palm Tree, and Flame Tree. ↓ Day 3: Goose Spring, a small scenic spot that can produce blockbuster movie scenes. The idyllic scenery is picturesque, attracting countless people to take photos. If time permits, you can visit the ancient town of Jiuzhou, known as the 'Hometown of Embroidery Balls.' The last scenic spot of this trip is the beautiful Quyang Lake. Surrounded by mountains and water, boating on the lake reminds one of the water landscapes of Guilin, but with a sense of tranquility and comfort akin to West Lake in Jiangnan.
