As early as the Dazhong Xiangfu period of the Song Dynasty (1008), there was already a water supply project for drinking water at Fusheng Temple in Qingrun Village, Hejin. It has been nearly a thousand years. In the sixth year of the Jiaqing period of the Ming Dynasty (1527), most villages in Wanquan County dug ponds to store water for household use and livestock irrigation. By the 36th year of the Republic of China (1947), more than 280 water storage ponds had been dug in the county. The Jinjia Valley Reservoir, built in the 1970s, is a small reservoir mainly for flood control and irrigation. The dam is a masonry arch dam with a maximum height of 33.84m, making it a great place to visit. The source of Jinjia Valley is the top of Chenjia Mountain, which is also the only complete mountain valley in Jishan. The entire valley is within Jishan, and it is a beautiful mountain valley.
