4D3N Itinerary from Hangzhou!|||Personal Travel Sharing - Easy and Fulfilling! Day 1: ✈️ Fly to Chengdu (Choose Shuangliu Airport, which is closer to the city center) 🏠 Stay near Chunxi Road for convenience (I booked a hotel last minute, not recommended) Itinerary: Chunxi Road - IFS Panda Wall - Taikoo Li - Daci Temple 🍲 Hotpot recommendation: [Houtang Hotpot] Locals also go there, large portions and delicious! (I arrived around noon, adjust according to your arrival time) Day 2: 🌞 Morning: Sleep in and visit Wenshu Monastery, take a photo with "Happiness" (there are photographers on site, you can take Polaroid photos) 🌇 Afternoon: Visit the Giant Panda Base, it's large, wear comfortable shoes (buy tickets in advance!) Bring your ID card 🆔 🌛 Evening: Chengdu East ➡️ Huanglong Jiuzhai [Make sure to book tickets several days in advance, also book return tickets!] (After arriving, I don't recommend taking the bus, the mountain road is dizzying and takes two hours, I recommend carpooling. You can book in advance on your phone or carpool on site. Don't worry, there are many taxi drivers at the station entrance offering carpooling, usually around 60) The hotel I stayed at was nice, good environment, free shuttle bus to Jiuzhaigou entrance in the morning, and shuttle bus back in the afternoon Day 3: Jiuzhaigou (check the weather forecast) Buy tickets in advance on "Aba Tourism Official Account" Bring your ID card to enter the park (Zhejiang residents, most cities can get free tickets, just buy the 80/person shuttle bus ticket, save half the cost!) Travel tips: 🌞 Morning: Arrow Bamboo Lake - Panda Lake - Five Flower Lake - Nuorilang Center Station (there are many food options, you can replenish your energy, a bit expensive) 🌄 Afternoon: Long Lake (highest point) - Colorful Pool - Rhinoceros Lake - Tiger Lake - (Shuzheng Lakes) - (Wolong Lake) - Sparkling Lake - Exit After exiting, carpool to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station/Songpan Station (either is fine: go to whichever you can get tickets for) Usually around 80/person, tell the driver your hotel location, they will take you back to get your luggage, if you're in a hurry for the train, I suggest bringing your luggage in the morning, there are storage lockers at the entrance 🌛 Evening: Huanglong Jiuzhai/Songpan ➡️ Sanxingdui Station Take a taxi to the hotel, the hotel I stayed at was great! Highly recommended! Only 150 for a double bed, very large and upscale! Day 4: 🌞 Morning: Sanxingdui (book tickets in advance) Enter before 12:00 for the morning session There is a QR code for audio guide at the entrance, 20/person, bring headphones 🍚 Noon: Recommended to go to the riverside "Xiangwei Xuan", a local recommended hotpot restaurant (there is a queue during meal times) [You can do it the other way around, buy afternoon session tickets, sleep in and eat first, then visit slowly, there are many taxi drivers at the entrance offering carpooling, if your flight is late, you can carpool to Chunxi Road for a stroll before going to the airport, or pay a bit more to carpool directly to the airport] Last stop: Home❕ ✈️ I still recommend Shuangliu Airport, I suggest carpooling for faster travel (you can book on your phone), public transportation requires transfers and is tiring.
