Kochi Yosakoi Festival on the Shikoku Pilgrimage

The Kochi Yosakoi Festival is held from August 9th to 12th every year. The streets and alleys of Kochi are filled with the festive atmosphere both during the day and at night, and the fireworks display at night makes the celebration reach its climax! Because of the holiday arrangements, I happened to encounter a festival. I was happy that this was the third festival I participated in during my trip to Japan. Seeing is believing. The people of Kochi were having a great time. It was unforgettable!
