Travel Guide to Skazka Canyon

Skazka Canyon is a beautiful canyon located on the southern shores of Issyk Kul, just off the main road from Bokonbaevo to Karakol. 🚗 How to get there? 1. 🚌You can catch a Marshrutka from Bokonbaevo towards Karakol and asked to be dropped off on the main road. Keep in mind you’ll still need to walk another 2km to actually get to the site, or hitchhike the rest of the way. 2. 🚕 We booked a taxi from CBT Bokonbaevo for 2000 soms. The driver waited for us and drove us back. 🕐 How long to spend? You can explore all the nooks and cranny with lots of photo opportunities.
