Fencheng Town is located in Xiangfen County, Linfen City, and was formerly known as Taiping County, with a history dating back to the Tang dynasty. There are currently 12 sites and over 40 buildings from the Jin to Qing dynasties. The entire architectural complex is centered around the Drum Tower, with precious buildings such as the City God Temple, Confucian Temple, and Minglun Temple arranged in sequence.
