A hidden luxury retreat in the mountains

It takes about 2 hours to drive from downtown Guangzhou to Crosswaters Ecolodge & Spa. I was amazed by the lush greenery as soon as I stepped into the resort. Surrounded by mountains and clear streams, the air is filled with the fragrance of grass and trees, as if you are in a pure land isolated from the world. Each guest room at Crosswaters Ecolodge & Spa is designed to blend in with nature. I stayed in a mountain view suite with a private terrace. The room is decorated in a minimalist style, with all furniture and decorations made of eco-friendly materials. The wooden furniture and large glass windows complement each other, allowing sunlight and mountain breezes to flow freely. There are forest hiking trails in the resort. In the morning, I walked in the primeval forest with a guide, listening to birds, watching streams, and feeling close to nature with every step. I also found many wild plants and insects along the way. The resort has natural hot spring pools, with mineral-rich water from deep underground. Soaking in the hot spring at night, looking at the stars above, I felt my body and mind being healed. Every day at Crosswaters Ecolodge & Spa is like a rediscovery of nature and life. There is no hustle and bustle of the city, only mountains and rivers, wind and birds, as if time slows down here.
