Wugong Mountain

Wugong Mountain, a mysterious mountain range located in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, is home to vast alpine meadows and unpredictable seas of clouds. Ascending Wugong Mountain, the misty clouds weave through the mountains, with peaks appearing and disappearing within the fog, resembling a fairyland. The swirling clouds lift the peaks, creating a poetic and picturesque scene that intoxicates the onlooker. Wugong Mountain~ The expansive meadows seem to drape the mountains in a green carpet, and as the breeze passes, the grass sways with the wind, rolling like waves and rustling softly. The scent of the grass is refreshing and invigorating. Wugong Mountain~ At dawn, as the sun slowly rises from the horizon, the golden sunlight spreads across the land, bringing everything to life. In the evening, as the sun sets, the sky is painted in shades of orange and red, reflecting off the sea of clouds, forming a beautiful tapestry. Wugong Mountain is simply 'beautiful,' with green meadows in June, blue skies, and green grasslands. Transportation Guide~ High-speed train station→Visitor Center takes 1h. After exiting Pingxiang North station, walk 20 meters to the right to the bus line ticket office to buy a ticket. The fare is 27 yuan, and it takes about 1 hour to arrive. Visitor Center→Mountain entrance, take the free shuttle bus in the scenic area (operates until 21:00 from Sunday to Thursday, and until 24:00 on Friday and Saturday). Train station→Visitor Center takes 1.2h. After exiting Pingxiang station, walk about 100 meters to the left, cross the zebra crossing to the opposite side of the road, and go to the Pingxiang Bus Station ticket window to buy a ticket. The fare is 22 yuan, and it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. About tickets~ Book tickets online in advance, or buy them offline, student tickets (50 yuan/person), adult tickets 70 yuan/person. The scenic area has two cable car sections, the Zhongan cable car costs 65 yuan for the ascent and 50 yuan for the descent; the Jinding cable car costs 35 yuan for a one-way ascent and 25 yuan for the descent. About accommodation~ Dahonglan Garden is located within the Wugong Mountain scenic area, convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with comfortable beds, and offer a magnificent mountain view from the window, allowing you to let go of fatigue and fully enjoy a peaceful rest. Hiking route: Visitor Center→Wugong Mountain Gate (Shigu Temple Service Area)→Baoshui Waterfall→Ziji Palace (Zhongan)→Haohan Slope→Diaoma Zhuang→Wanbao Cabinet→Sky Road→Jinding→Baihe Peak→Wanbao Cabinet→Diaoma Zhuang→Star Sky Walkway→Diaoma Zhuang→Haohan Slope→Monkey Valley→Ziji Palace (Zhongan Cable Car)→Shigu Temple Gate-Visitor Center.
