Comfortable stay, friendly staff that goes beyond and yummy breakfast. Gloriett shopping centre is literally next door you dont even need to go out to get that hot humid from the outside. The lobby goes straight to the shopping centre. The staff smiles and greets you. Superb customer service. They took my grocery shopping from my shopping cart and sent it to my room for me. They stored my ice cream that coulddnt fit the room fridge and stored my luggages while i shop. Stayed in this hotel 4 times and would stay again and again.
