Marvellous Mellieha

Mellieha is a village in the north of Malta and is most famous for the large sandy beach located nearby called Ghadira Bay. However, if you’re travelling to the north of Malta, don’t miss spending a little bit of time in Mellieha itself for a slice of authentic Malta away from the thongs of tourist at more popular areas. Mellieha Paris Church is one of my favourite churches in Malta and the sanctuary of our lady of Mellieha and the shrine there also tranquil and calm.
