I spent most of my time in the famous Englischer Garten, a massive park where the leaves were a vibrant mix of gold and orange. It’s free to enter, and perfect for long, peaceful walks or even just sitting by the river, watching people surf on the Eisbach! The city center, especially around Marienplatz, looked stunning in the soft autumn light. The architecture feels even more grand with that crisp, cool air and warm sunlight. Plus, if you’re a fan of markets, the Viktualienmarkt is a must-visit for some local flavors, with cozy stalls full of seasonal treats. 🍁 After exploring, I also took a short trip to Nymphenburg Palace (about €8 entrance fee), where the gardens were glowing with autumn colors, making it feel like a fairytale!
