New York do sells castella ice cream cake with flavours like chocolate, strawberry, coffee, green tea etc. The castella cake is like a sandwich and the ice cream is stuffed in the middle - the combination of both is perfect, sweet and creamy with the ice cream slightly melting in the middle. Outside the shop, you can even find a vending machine selling this castella cake ice cream sandwich. How cool!
