Namyangju is another city not too far from Seoul. You can take the subway to get here, and the park is just a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The park is very spacious, perfect for a stroll or a picnic. Personally, I think this city has a peaceful vibe and a very natural feel. If you're tired of city attractions, a day trip out of the city isn't a bad idea.
