It’s essentially a large playground covering 19 acres of ground, boasting courts for basketball and tennis, a 9-hole course for disc golf, and a big area for play. The Prince Solms Park also boasts direct access to the gorgeous Comal River, providing opportunities to float down the river from here. A lovely “tube chute”, which is a slide into the water fitted into the river dam’s side, provides a unique way to access the river, and there are some swimming holes further upstream.
