Build snowman and see snow in march here

If you happen to visit Sapporo and want to see snow in March do visit Mt Moiwa. It has an observatory area where you can visit, build snowman and also see the night landscape of Sapporo late at night. recommended to spend about 2 hours here and come around 1730.
