#getgoing2025 Paul Bassett Shinjuku Paul Bassett is located on the basement floor of the Shinjuku Nomura Building in Nishi-Shinjuku. Visiting on a weekday after 3:00 p.m., the place was quite empty and the atmosphere was laid-back. I ordered a rum raisin tart with seasonal fruit on top, an iced cafe latte, and iced tea. The latte was top-notch delicious! I wanted to try the cheesecake I saw on Instagram, but it wasn't available that day.
