Mazesoba at Enma Ramen

I went to Enmaken, a ramen shop that opened in April this year in the hot spring town of Noboribetsu. The shop is right under King Enma's nose, and inside the shop there is a picture of Enma eating ramen!!! I wanted something spicy, so I ordered the mazesoba and my daughters ordered the regular soy sauce ramen. My impression was that the mazesoba was delicious. Regular ramen is the kind of ramen that people tend to either love or hate, and my daughter said she didn't want it halfway through. Well, there are a lot of different ramen recommendations.
