Mandala Cham Bay Mũi Né Hotel

Our experience with APEC Mandala resort has been amazing! The location was perfect for a family getaway. The reception, pool, bar, spa and restaurant staff were all professional and friendly. I wish to especially commend Quan The Bay's restuarant manager and waitress Mai. Both who were very knowledgeable and initiated general conversation to ensure our stay was perfect and comfortable. Mai was professional and I can see her in a managerial role in the future as her communication skills shows that she cares for the guest and had a friendly demeanour. Her questions showed her genuine care on our stay was the most comfortable. Reception staff were very professional and spoke English well so communication was never a problem. I highly recommend the resort and even though it’s relatively new, I look forward to revisiting and seeing it more abundant and established. Some main key points of constructive feedback would be a kids club would be convenient for parents wanting some adult time. More music around the property for more vibrant atmosphere. The main entry to have a more lively space for when guests arriving, this sets the tone of the guests experience.
