Address, Meizi Lake surrounding area, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province Meizi Lake Park is located 4.5 kilometers southeast of the city and is an AA-rated scenic area. It is named after the artificial lake formed by damming the Meizi River. The park has fish ponds and a small-scale poultry and animal breeding garden, with well-equipped catering and comprehensive entertainment service facilities. Climbing up the dam, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the lake and mountains, and there are motorboats and pedal boats available on the lake; there are several pavilions and antique buildings along the lake, as well as a corridor of calligraphy couplets by contemporary Si Cheng literati. Living near Meizi Lake and strolling around, I found the scenery here to be very nice. The lake trail is closed, but the brisk walking trail is already open, and everyone can go and have a look. The nearby area is very characteristic.
