Queenstown, New Zealand

Queenstown is the brightest jewel of the South Island, with crystal-clear waters that change colors under different lighting, revealing layers of gem-like blue and green that the naked eye can see, but which can't be fully captured by a smartphone camera. The lake takes the shape of an arrow, hence the name Arrow Lake, with clear water from melted snow flowing under the bridge to become a babbling river, stunningly beautiful in the sunlight. This spot is close to the Queenstown Airport, and it's common to see planes taking off by the lake, as well as speedboats on the water. A morning walk by the lake is leisurely and pleasant, comfortable and agreeable, relaxing the whole body. It truly was an unforgettable trip.
