Maymont Park, Gem of Richmond

I grew up outside of Richmond, and Maymont Park was a very much frequented landmark - it’s where our high school held picnics, where we brought out-of-state (and out-of-country) visitors. I left Richmond after high school 16yrs ago but still make a trip to Maymont now and then when visiting my parents. So grateful the city has maintained the park so well for the public to enjoy (it’s Free!). #maymont #rva #richmond #virginia
