Wenzhou Family Weekend Getaway: Junbai Shanyin Homestay Take a weekend trip to the mountains with friends and family, leave the hustle and bustle of life behind, and let nature heal you. Homestay environment: There are several separate buildings. Our two families booked standard rooms, which were on the second floor and opposite each other. The rooms were quite private, which we all liked. The rooms are large and have fish tanks, projectors, and other facilities. The weather suddenly got hot, and there were some stink bugs in the room, but that's to be expected in a mountain homestay. Homestay facilities: There is a trampoline on the second floor of the homestay, and some rooms have a small ball pit. Other than that, there isn't much else. The highlight of this homestay is the fields, so to be honest, there isn't much for young children to do other than look at the chickens and pull up radishes. Homestay food: The homestay breakfast is simple, and the main meals are Chinese. The ingredients are fresh and the food is delicious. Afternoon tea includes a snack platter, coffee, and juice. I thought the latte was pretty good. Journey: It's less than an hour's drive from Ruian, which is quite convenient. The homestay doesn't have a parking lot, but you can park on the side of the mountain. There aren't any shops nearby, and you can't order takeout. We had to drive to the town to buy barbecue for a late-night snack.
