Reservations are hard to get, and you have to be quick to get one, which makes people curious. 🍰Today, my friend managed to get two cakes from Tinyroll, and they just opened a new store where you can dine in, so I came to check out this popular cake shop. 🍃The shopfront is low-key, with a simple and elegant design, and only one square table. Since they don't accept walk-in customers, the environment is quite quiet. 🍠Baked sweet potato Basque cake, from the color to the decoration, brings an autumn vibe. The top is decorated with persimmons, figs, myrtle, etc. The Basque cake is rich and thick, with a slightly runny center, and a layer of sweet potato on the bottom, which balances the flavors well. 🌰Caramel pear and chestnut mille crepe, this one is light in flavor, with thin and delicate crepe layers, moderately sweet chestnut puree, and caramel cream with pine nuts for a rich texture. The bottom layer is pear, which is juicy and crunchy, but not overpowering. This combination is quite interesting. They have many cake flavors, so I'll try others next time.
