At the end of last year, the most popular shopping mall in Shanghai was definitely LIVAT, which opened just before the National Day holiday. Shanghai LIVAT Shopping Center is located in the Airport Economic Park in Changning District, Shanghai. It is a complex integrating shopping, entertainment, and leisure, with a total investment of RMB 8 billion and a total construction area of over 430,000 square meters. It is one of the largest single projects invested by Ingka Group in China. The design of Shanghai LIVAT Shopping Center is inspired by Nordic natural elements such as mountains, rivers, and forests, creating a unique themed atrium. The building facade is formed by pixelating the natural mountain scenery of Northern Europe, creating a unique facade landscape. The shopping center has leisure areas such as Breeze Terrace, Cloud Street Walk, Leisure Gathering, Treehouse Paradise, Pet World, Nordic Town, and Fjord Square, creating a public space where people and nature coexist harmoniously.
