The best week to admire plum blossoms at Xinzhuang Plum Garden is here.

As of March 2nd, almost 100% of the plum blossoms at Xinzhuang Plum Garden are in full bloom. The Longyou Plum, the star of two weeks ago, has already faded. Now is the peak season for red plums and weeping plums. If you miss it this week, you might have to wait another year! The garden is filled with a subtle fragrance. Don't miss the Cultivation Garden (marked "1" on the map in Figure 20). This garden is open for a limited time only, closing on March 8th this year. Inside, you'll find a wide variety of plum blossoms, pruned by florists to a height perfect for viewing. They've also been shaped into various forms, making for a truly spectacular sight. [Plum Blossom Viewing Routes] Route 1: Enter through the main entrance of Xinzhuang Plum Garden, circle the garden, and exit through the same entrance. This route allows you to see the Cultivation Garden and various other plum blossom varieties. (Refer to Figure 20) Route 2: Enter through the main entrance of Xinzhuang Plum Garden, and upon entering, walk north. Make sure to go north! This will take you past the "Cultivation Garden." Continue straight ahead to visit the "Tingcui Garden," and finally exit through the gate next to the Caibing Art Museum. (Refer to Figure 20) 🚉Transportation Guide: [One] Take Subway Line 1 to Waihuanlu Station and walk about 15 minutes. [Two] Bus routes include 143, 173, 708, 957, Xu-Min Line, Minhang Line 12, and Minhang Line 30. [Three] If driving, navigate to the Xinzhuang Plum Garden parking lot. The parking fee is 10 yuan per visit. However, the parking lot is small, so arrive early if you plan to park there. 🕙Opening Hours: Xinzhuang Plum Garden is open daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Admission is free. 📝Tips: The prime plum blossom viewing area, the Cultivation Garden, is open until March 8th. It features the finest plum blossoms.
