Chunhui Middle School, known as the "Nankai of the South"

Chunhui Middle School is located in Shangyu, Zhejiang Province, on the picturesque shores of Baima Lake. It was founded during the May Fourth New Culture Movement by the famous modern educator Jing Hengyi, with the support of private entrepreneur Chen Chunlan. In its early days, Chunhui Middle School attracted many famous teachers, including Xia Mianzun, Zhu Ziqing, Zhu Guangqian, and Feng Zikai. Generations of predecessors worked to eliminate old problems, promote new education, and spread new culture, leaving a rich cultural heritage and laying a solid foundation for the school's reputation as the "Nankai of the South." Today, Chunhui Middle School has a variety of buildings, including the Yizi Building, Science Hall, Library, and Quyuan, all connected by long corridors. The residences of Jing Hengyi, Xia Gaizun, Feng Zikai, and Master Hongyi also retain their original elegant academic style.
