Sen of Japan is a modern Japanese restaurant and bar serving traditional Japanese cuisine with a contemporary touch. Crafted with the concept of freshness or "Sen" in mind, their menu features well-flavoured creations made using a medley of fine Japanese ingredients put together by former head chef at the highly acclaimed NOBU Las Vegas, Nakano Hiromi. The restaurant has both counter seats and table seats. They offer ala carte menu, set lunch menu, with some seasonal dishes depends on the seasonal ingredients.
