Garden Pastry & Cake for The New Year 🍍🍊

#newyearnewtrip From a child till now, I have been patronizing Garden Pastry & Cake shop for the longest time and once it is the new year period, this is the shop that i will make a definite stop at. Feast your eyes on the many colourful sweet treats such as old school cream cakes, old fashion buns such as coconut bun, otah bun, etc and also, the many varieties of new year baked goods. Their pineapple tarts are popular and oh so good, with a buttery crust and stuffed with pineapple paste that is not too sweet. There's also kueh lapis, nian gao, almond cookies and so much more. Their made to order waffles are a hot favourite at the shop. The waffles are served hot and it's is soft, crispy and fragant all at the same time. Their peanut and chocolate waffles are the best. My personal favourite cake is their orh nee cake and this is a must buy! You walk out of this bakery with your hands full of new year goodies, pastries and cakes! Yums!
