#singaporetrip Located at L4 of One Raffles Place, Upshot is the latest specialty café to open their doors, featuring rare coffee beans imported straight from their own plantation in Indonesia! 🇮🇩 This is their first retail outlet in the world, despite holding a considerably huge presence in the global coffee scene. Currently, they have 4 varietals on retail, each of them with a unique characteristic and flavour profile. We’ve got the 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿, which is named after it’s taste characteristic due to the fermentation process. 🍷 It has the distinct fruity and winey brightness, but it’s gives off a more mellow body as compared to its Colombian counterpart. Aside from their coffee, they have sweet pastries which look very tempting! 🤤 We tried the 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗹𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗻 which has a creamy sweet filling with a piece of melted marshmallow on top. 🍫 After having such a bright cup, it’s a joy to have something sweet like their cruffins to pair with.
