The resplendent chedi

#summerdream Phra That Rueng Rong is located in Wat Ban Sang Rueang. It was built in 1982 by Luang Pu Thamma Pitaksa to enshrine the relics of the Lord Buddha for the villagers to worship. The pagoda is an art form of the four ethnic groups: Suai, Khmer, Lao, and Yao. There are 6 floors inside the pagoda: The first floor is an exhibition of folk tales. The second floor is a museum of the four ethnic groups: Suai, Khmer, Lao, and Yao. The third floor is an exhibition of antiques and tools used by villagers in the past. The fourth floor is a place to rest. The fifth floor is a place for meditation and Dhamma practice. The sixth floor enshrines the hair of an arahant. It is also a place where you can enjoy a beautiful view.
