Wanna try a secret place ? located in Melolo area, which is in Watu Hadang Village, Umalulu Subdistrict, East Sumba District, East Nusa Tenggara, Waimarang waterfall give you experience trekking in little forest with the beauty of sunlight that through the braches and leaves, and then you'll gonna find the footpath with bamboo, careful your step! when you finnaly get to the waterfall, you're gonna love it! trust me. Then don't forget to explore upstream and downstream of the waterfall, maybel you'll find another secret of this place. Getting There - From the city center of East Sumba (Waingapu) take ride to Umalulu or known as Melolo by local people. After you get there, take the right turn near the police office then go straight after approximately 45 minutes youll find elemetary school/"sekolah dasar Inpres waimarang" then take left turn, after long ride you have to stay focus, cause the road change into rocky road. Go straight and the the first right turn, follow the road then take left turn follow the road, until you find the small village with tradisional house, you can take the pictures here, and don't forget to smile and say 'terima kasih'. continue your ride and you'll gonna find kind of red lime stone rocky road then take left turn, follow the road go up the hill, then here you are finally at the rest place of waimarang waterafall. Important notes, you need to understand a few words of Indonesian, cause maybe youre phone not works there. (ex : "Dimana air terjun ?
