Qiluo Ancient Town

Qiluo Ancient Town Located 4 km southeast of Tengchong County, this is a relatively niche attraction with few tourists. There is a large house at the entrance of the village, with beautiful architecture and landscaping. It was closed when we arrived, so we just looked around outside. Some historical traces are still preserved here. The small bridges, flowing water, ancient trees, and those blue bricks, green tiles, and magnificent double-eaved buildings form a peaceful and harmonious picture. The morning market in Qiluo Ancient Town is said to be very lively, so you can go to the market early and have breakfast before setting off. There are many unique local fruits and vegetables in the market, such as white palm flowers, purple-skinned yams, tender green cute squash, chayote, papaya, and sour amla. Local snacks include pea flour, rice noodles mixed with pea paste, and various seasonings, which are very filling. The crispy buns are really fluffy. The smoked meat is super delicious, with crispy skin.
