In Tianshui, Gansu, I saw an iron flower performance, an intangible cultural heritage. In the evening, I arrived at Cuihu Park in Tianshui, Gansu. The host announced the start of the performance, and cheers and songs rang out, bringing the audience to a boil. The host welcomed the guests in the Tianshui dialect, and the audience joined in. The performance began, and a small boat glided across the lake, followed by two spinning fire wheels that sent sparks flying. The music and the rhythm of the iron flower performance complemented each other, creating an electric atmosphere.
