The airport bus from Haneda Airport is very convenient, taking about 50 minutes. The reception on the first floor is inconspicuous, and the front desk for check-in is on the 28th floor. The staff are very enthusiastic and there is Chinese service. The room is really spacious, with a separate bathroom and shower, a large bathtub and shower space, and great toiletries that I ended up buying! The welcome gift included chocolates and cookies, and the turndown service was very attentive, with pajamas and slippers placed, and a paper crane placed on the bedside table every day. Don't miss the 28th-floor lobby lounge, with an unbeatable view. Enjoying afternoon tea and relaxing is a pleasure.
