1h self-drive🏮 A lesser-known treasure ancient town that is even more beautiful than Wuzhen 🍁Puyuan Fashion Ancient Town🌲 is truly a stunning ancient town with few people and beautiful scenery I had heard of Wuzhen before, but I never expected that such a charming water town was hidden in Tongxiang, and there's no need to squeeze through crowds～ - On the Lantern Festival, I saw that there were blacksmithing fireworks here💥 Taking advantage of the winter chill, I drove for an hour and a half from Shanghai to Tongxiang, and navigated directly to the parking lot, which was very convenient - 🕓Choosing to arrive at the ancient town at 4 pm, you can stroll around, have dinner, and then enjoy the night view. So after getting off the car, what caught my eye was the very imposing ticket hall, which was truly shocking! Even though it's winter, the scenery is not desolate🌿🌺, and the fewer people made it feel refreshingly elegant. On both sides of the street are groups of ancient houses with a long history, simple in brick and wood, and occasionally, you can catch a glimpse of green trees and red walls in the alleys. - Soon after entering, you can see the Fushan Temple and Fushan Pagoda⛩, which are said to have a history of nearly a thousand years and are temples in the style of Tang and Song Dynasty architecture. Inside the temple, there are two thousand-year-old ginkgo trees, which must be very photogenic in autumn. Walking down from the temple, there's also a kind of illusion of being in a little Kyoto🎎 - 🍲Checked in at the Quzhou stir-fry restaurant in the ancient town, the taste was good, a happy meal for those who like spicy food. The price is normal for inside the scenic area, slightly higher than outside😋 - After eating and drinking, I continued to wander and found that the ancient town was even more beautiful just after nightfall. The old houses on both sides of the river were brightly lit🏮, and the old trees by the road were hung with warm strings of lights. Strolling through the cobblestone-paved alleys, the distant sounds of erhu and night watchmen were faintly heard, peaceful and comfortable🎶 After watching the blacksmithing fireworks near the Zen hall, there was also an ancient-style boat performance that seemed to travel through time - If you're looking for something to do on a weekend, I highly recommend this place in Puyuan Compared to Wuzhen and Xitang, it's a completely different style. The ticket price seems to be half-price now, but the blacksmithing fireworks show is only available during the Spring Festival, I hope it can be opened again later, and when the spring flowers bloom, I can bring my family here again👫
