I just thought that it was a volcano. During the journey to Indonesia, the plane landed at Surabaya and had to take a car to sleep as close to the foot of the mountain as possible. The car took more than 2 hours. The road was quite narrow, difficult to drive because the road was a two-lane road. The road had to cut into small towns all the time, making it quite tiring from the journey.... In the meantime, when we arrived at the accommodation, it was dark and the car would come to pick us up again at 2:30 AM. Yes, you heard it right. The car would come to pick us up at 2:30 AM. It would be a jeep that could go through the desert. To be honest, I was quite shocked by the travel plan that it had to be so early. And then I found out the reason. All the tourist cars would leave at the same time at around 2-3 AM to ride through the desert or through the middle of the volcano to the path to see the view and to see the sunrise in the morning (it had to be this big!) It was true. Hundreds of jeeps were lined up along the road and parked for tourists. Walking in the dark, gradually up the hill. Until the viewpoint ... And then on the first day of my arrival, I started to see the faint light from the rising sun hitting the mountains. I was shocked because I didn't know there were so many mountains. The large mountains were in a group and released smoke from the crater. Wow, the real thing was very beautiful, very beautiful. And more than that, the foot of the mountain was full of fog, floating and covering the ground, making me feel like I was standing above the clouds. It was white and the clouds were wavy and very beautiful. And then the resulting picture was super beautiful. It was more beautiful than expected. I was right to come here so early.
