Huskies Ride Through Snow Fall in Tromso

#familytravel #europetrip #vianasjourney One of the best activities that you cannot missed out on your trip to Tromsø. We booked our trip with NORWEGIAN TRAVEL which was pretty well managed. We were picked by a bus at the harbour and had about 90minutes ride to the place where they have all the huskies and trail. They also provide another extra suit in bright orange and black colour which was super helpful to maintain body heat. Snow boots and gloves were available too but we were allowed to keep and use our own stuff. Before the ride begin, the safety instructor gave us some details about dos and don’ts, what’s to expect and how to manage during emergency situation. Instructions were clear as they also communicate well in English. Each of sled have three hyperactive huskies that excited to pull us through the heavy snowfall. While for the riders, each sled shared by two person, where one person sitting down and another one got to ride. But later on, the guide made a stop and allowed us to change position. Each group consisted of 4 sled and guided by one guide who consistently checking on us. The ride last longer than one hour (depends in weather) and once we got back to our hut, they provided us with some specialty fish soup of Norway with some sweet bread. It tasted so good that I asked for another bowl.
