Tsuen Wan Citywalk Ichihuan Ramen

I've been to the Ichihuan Ramen store in Tsim Sha Tsui and the ramen is delicious. This time I saw that they opened a branch in Tsuen Wan, so I went to try it out and see how it tastes. I know that noodle shops that are run as a group generally serve the same dishes, and the taste is pretty much the same. However, the Tsuen Wan store had just opened, so they wanted to try something new, so they launched a black garlic barbecued pork and shrimp soup ramen that was exclusive to the Tsuen Wan store, so I ordered a bowl of this ramen, and then the shrimp soup ramen that was available in every store, plus a serving of dumplings. Like other branches, the order sheet is simple and easy to read, with the soup base, flavor, noodle thickness, whether to add toppings, snacks, and drinks clearly written out. Rice is also available, and you just need to tick the food you like and hand it to the waiter to complete the order. The first thing that came was the dumplings, five in a serving, each one was fried till crispy and delicious, full of pork meat, the gravy went into the mouth when you took a bite, and each bite of the meat was very filling. Next up is the black garlic barbecued pork and shrimp soup ramen, which is only available at the Tsuen Wan store. The barbecued pork is slightly grilled, with the meat evenly fat and lean, the soft-boiled egg is tender and smooth, the noodles are chewy and flaky, the shrimp soup is rich in flavour, the shredded wood ear mushrooms and crispy noodles add a different texture, and the black garlic oil is fragrant, with a real crunchy sound. This bowl of ramen will make your taste and smell enjoy the pleasure of eating. The next dish was the signature shrimp soup ramen. This bowl of shrimp soup ramen tasted the same as the ones I had had in other branches before. The noodles were crispy, the barbecued pork was tender and smooth, the egg flavor was fragrant, and the soup base was rich and thick with shrimp flavor. It was indeed the signature ramen, and the quality was consistent. The main feature of ramen shops is ramen. Although the price is not cheap, it is worth it to eat a big bowl of good quality ramen. This month there is a promotion where you can get a 100 yuan cash coupon for every 100 yuan you spend. I have planned to go there again next time. #HongkongGoodPlaces#SummerFoodRecommendations#I'mSoMissingYou#foodie
