At Echigo Tanaka Onsen Shinano-so, we enjoyed a Japanese breakfast made with fresh local ingredients 🤍 The rice made with Niigata Prefecture's rice and the simmered seasonal vegetables were particularly delicious, giving a sense of luxury unique to a hot spring inn ✨ The quality of the food was high, and each dish had a homemade feel that made for a comforting breakfast 🍚 Especially the local vegetable ohitashi and egg dishes were fresh and flavorful, providing plenty of energy for the morning ❕ Additionally, the meal service was attentive, making guests feel well-cared for. The rice balls for lunch were also incredibly delicious 🍙
