Chikugo Yoshii is a spot in the lower part of Fukuoka! Houses that are over 100 years old have been renovated into restaurants, cafes, inns, general stores, and more!!!! It's a town where time moves slowly, and wherever you walk you feel like time has stopped in the past. The people are warm, the food is delicious, and it's a place you could stay forever. It takes just two train transfers from Fukuoka city to get there, in less than three hours. You can't use IC cards, you just use paper stamps. Quaint!!! The atmosphere is wonderful at any time, morning, evening, or night!
