It is a frequently mentioned local old shop. For dine-in, the staff will guide you through a small alley next to the shop. On the left side, you will see a slightly decorated dining area. The glass walls make the dining space bright and comfortable. Due to fewer diners on weekdays, the air conditioning was not on when we entered. It was only turned on after we were seated. Shrimp Rice (Large) 110 TWD: The portion is not large, similar to fried rice with less than 15 grilled shrimp on top. The price is indeed not cheap. The grilled shrimp's texture is not outstanding and lacks flavor, but the shrimp is relatively fresh. The rice has a slight bonito flavor, with a texture similar to a dry risotto. Fried Duck Egg, 20 TWD: Highly recommended by all sources as the best pairing with shrimp rice. Personally, I think it's just okay. Usually, duck eggs are more expensive than chicken eggs. A 20 TWD duck egg is really appreciated given the recent rise in egg prices. Duck Egg Soup 35 TWD: Just an egg drop soup, the taste and price are acceptable. Marinated Pork Liver 40 TWD and Garlic Pork Belly 50 TWD: These two side dishes are the most reasonably priced. The taste is not bad, but the portion size is really touching.
