Hi-An Road located in Tainan is one the best place to hangouts with friends. Street foods are scattered everywhere. They also have a Resto Bar for some who wants to drinks and have fun. The place is open everyday. A lot of stores open every weekend. During holidays they have a night market and a show. If you want to have some walk I suggest this place for you.
