The Southeast Asian style hotel in Xiamen is so chill!

I've been to Xiamen many times and I really like this artistic seaside city. This is the first time I've brought the kids to play in Xiamen, and I must say it's also a treasure city for family outings. This time, we stayed in the Andaz with its Southeast Asian resort vibe. The kids' room with its 'Octonauts' theme won over Bingtang Xueli's heart. Catching up with the Xiamen rain and just soaking in the hotel was so chill. Especially the various delicacies that captured all three of our hearts. The breakfast is semi-buffet style, with exquisite food choices and a wide variety. Local specialties like Satay noodles, Mianxian Hu, and fried Wu Xiang rolls are all available. The kids' favorites are the waffles and various beautiful pastries. The 101 Chinese Restaurant specializes in Minnan and Cantonese cuisine. The signature 'Black Gold Roast Goose' with its crispy skin coated in squid ink is a favorite among the kids, as is the Minnan specialty 'Fried Vinegar Pork Goose Liver'. We also tried the chef's recommended new spring dishes, like the Mustard Greens and Wuyi Mountain Bamboo Shoots, which are quite worth tasting. The Sugar Talk Restaurant is right next to the hotel in the Wanda Plaza. Sitting in the sunlit glass room for a brunch is really pleasant. You must try the signature Grilled Eel Pineapple Pizza and Eggs Benedict. If you're with a little one, you might try the Maple Pancakes. The Fermented Tofu Cheese Cake and Red Velvet Cake are also signature desserts. Recently, you can also taste the seasonal specialty dish, White Asparagus. Don't miss the spring-limited 'Urban Oasis Afternoon Tea'. It's so fairy-like, it's like it's made just for little fairies. The Lemongrass Coconut Ice Americano in the set is a really unique taste. My besties and I enjoyed our exclusive afternoon tea time here without rushing our schedule. The most, most, most important thing is that this place is really too photogenic. Floral tile floors, rattan furniture, ceramic ornaments, decorative paintings... Everywhere you look is full of design and sophistication. Just casually, my daughters and I took about a hundred photos. It's hard not to love such a Southeast Asian mansion~
