The winter here is so cold I could cry Who said not to come to Ningde Xiapu in winter? I went to some of the attractions I wanted to visit. There were fewer people in winter, and it was really nice except for the strong wind. As long as you find the right place to eat, it's cheap and affordable! (Dongbi Village is a pit) This time I stayed at a homestay on Gaoluo Beach. The street style is a bit like Southeast Asia. At the end of the year, it's the off-season, and all the food stalls nearby were closed. I can imagine how lively it must be in summer (the only downside is that it's really dirty and messy here). But the food in the county is much better! The ingredients are fresh and the prices are really not expensive. The most expensive meal for the two of us was only 150 per person. Finally! I strongly recommend that you drive yourself! If you don't have a car, I suggest you rent one. It's really hard to get a taxi for a 20-kilometer ride. I didn't see many taxis on the road, and the distance between attractions is often 40-70 kilometers one way.
